Chinese Medicine has existed for at least 3000 years. During this time it has been extensively practiced and painstakingly researched. People all over the world benefit from it. Chinese Medicine is a truly natural form of healing power, aiming at regulating the whole body rather than just treating the symptoms.

Chinese Medicine has three basic components: Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Herbal therapy and Tui-Na (Acupressure)

Herbal Medicine–Herbs were the most important therapy during ancient times globally. There are more than 300 herbs in common use. Chinese herbs regulate the internal organs and immune system. They work very effectively on relieving the symptoms or illnesses such as insomnia, eczema, PMS, depression and menopausal syndrome.

Acupuncture and Moxibustion–The aim of acupuncture&Moxibustion is to remove obstructions from the meridians, regulate the flow of Qi and blood, and strengthen the Yin or/and Yang. What is Qi? It is the vital force, or life force, it is energy. Acupuncture&Moxibustion treatment can   re-balanced disordered conditions, open the blockage which causing pains , and relax the mind to bring health and vitality to the patient.

Tu-Na (Acupressure, Deep Tissue Massage)– Massage is a natural human instinct. When you have pain in some part of your body, your first natural reaction is to rub it with your hand to reduce the pain. You probably do not pay much attention to how the pain is relieved. Tui Na is a very simple Qi Gong practice, which can increase the circulation of Qi and blood in the body. It is used not only to maintain health and prevent illness, but also to heal injuries and cure many illnesses.

Tui Na is commonly called Qi Gong massage, because it is based on affecting the energetic Qi system, as well as the circulatory systems of blood and lymph. Chinese Medicine holds that imbalances or blockages in the circulation of Qi are at the root of illness in the body. Thus, Tui Na was developed for healing, rather than just relaxation and enjoyment.

Foot acupressure is called Reflexology. It is a different experience from acupressure and very good for a patient who is not suited to acupressure. It can deeply relax the mind for promoting a good sleep, and can also effectively improve the symptoms of varicose veins.
